Sarawak kolo mee, which literally mean Sarawak dry noodle is another ever popular meal in Kuching and can be found in majority of coffee shops.

Then there is kampua mee, another version of dry noodle. It originated from Sibu town which is located in mid Sarawak. A humble Foochow specialty and one of my favorite. Usually I opt for the chili sauce and soya sauce combination.
