Simple flower

The simplest things are always taken for granted.

The featured flower is one of the most common flower seen everywhere during my young days. However it dissappeared after much neglect or better looking ones came along. Well it seems that it is making a come back and I could not resist taking a snap at it. Anyone know the name of this plain beauty?
