Sizzling noodles
Hot pan noodles or better known as the sizzling noodles is another one of my all time favorite.
No, the noodles does not sizzle but it is because of the boiling gravy on the fired hot pan.
Caution! Cover yourself with a napkin or serviette when the noodle is serve and preferably no white shirt. Remember also not to touch the piping red hot plate. Cooked fingers are difficult to eat with.
